Wednesday, July 22: Via the Stob Daimh to Oban
Scotland - July 2020
The above photo taken with the summit in the background on a beautiful Scottish day that nevertheless began with a hopeful weather forecast in the tent.

Eventually the route returns to the same station(net).
The train didn’t come until the next day but I saw on Google Maps that a bus did leave that evening for Oban (So that’s where the boat leaves for Mull).
The spot on my phone showed a bus stop but a friendly passerby told me that the bus just stops where you stand!
At the stated time, a large scheduled bus arrived and indeed, on the side of the road, stopped when I waved. My backpack went into the bottom of an otherwise empty bus that took me for free, the ticket machine was broken , to Oban.
There again, just before dark, we found a beautiful spot but more on that tomorrow.
