Thermos

I tell somewhere on this site that I learned the best lessons in my service. Not just theoretically but most importantly, for many years and well paid, in practice. Delicious!!!

One of those lessons is to never go out without a hot thermos. Whereas before I always carried the same flavor (Morocco Mint by Lipton) I choose Electrolyte tablets by Powerbar the last few adventures.

Delicious lemon flavor but so again an extra mix of calcium, chloride, magnesium, potassium and sodium. (Still something to take away from all those years of cycling)
