After climbing and scrambling (ledge is always wider in real life; just look at my smile at the end of the video) this, photos below the video, was the view! (So all the efforts are more than worth it).

After this view, walk past Rifugio Elisabetta Soldini (breakfast with coffee!).

Then a (again beautifully beautiful!) valley with lakes on a long straight road after which you may ascend again, turning right, for this view.

In Courmayeur there is a campground along the route but on the way I heard it was closed.

Next campsite was 3.5 km away (7 in total with the next morning) and I did not receive confirmation of the above until early evening.

A couple from Paris walked by at that moment and told me that they, I had spoken to them earlier during this adventure, were in a hotel 50 meters away and were taking a rest day the next day.

After long deliberation (seconds or 3, no 2), I also called that hotel, had a wonderful bath, and the next day took up half a shred!
